Ione is an abstract painter and leads the Art-Science project, Creativity & Curiosity. She is working with astronomers from the UK and internationally, developing artwork in response to the dynamic forces of the universe and planetary geology. Recent exhibitions/talks include Royal Observatory Greenwich, University of Amsterdam and the  Hebridean Dark Skies Festival.
